Mộc nhân thung木人樁 (Còn gọi là Mộc nhân trang) là một phương thức tập luyện có dụng cụ của môn phái Vịnh Xuân. Tương truyền do một vị sư phụ trong gánh hát Hồng Thuyền vì không có người đối luyện đã nghĩ ra phương pháp này để luyện tập trong nơi chật hẹp.
Hệ thống tập Mộc nhân thung là những bài tập tay không được áp dụng sau cùng trong quá trình luyện tập. Với nó, người ta có thể tập những bài Tiểu niệm đầu, Tầm kiều, Thủ pháp tiêu chỉ. Từ trước đến nay có rất nhiều người đã hiểu lầm đây là những gì tinh túy, những bài tập tàn khốc và cao cấp nhất của môn Vịnh Xuân. Và như thế họ coi thường việc tập luyện những bài cơ bản như Tiểu niệm đầu, Tầm kiều vì cho rằng Mộc nhân thung là những gì tinh hoa và lợi hại nhất Mộc nhân thung bao gồm 108 động tác, ở Việt Nam thường gọi là Bài Một Linh Tám. Cũng có người gọi là Bài Một Trăm Mười Sáu hoặc Một Trăm Hai Tám, thậm chí là trên Hai Trăm thức. Phải nói rằng số lượng động tác nhiều hay ít là không quan trọng, điều đáng nói là sự lặp đi lặp lại các động tác hàng trăm hàng nghìn lần và việc thấu hiểu ý nghĩa của các động tác đó.

Mộc nhân thung là một phương thức ôn luyện các kỹ thuật đã học mà trong quá trình luyện tập Xi Thủ 黐手(Ở Việt Nam thường gọi là Niêm Thủ) người tập chưa lĩnh hội được hết. Mộc nhân là một vật cố định, biên độ di động hẹp, người là vật di chuyển và biến đổi.
